Duane graduated from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon with BS and Masters Degrees in Humanities (music & English literature). Since he authored over 500 books, audio resources and videos about piano playing, he’s known around here as “the man who wrote the book.”
Of course, degrees and education are meaningless without the ability to teach in a way that students can understand and apply — and that’s where Duane excelled. After a few trips around the block, he knew what worked (and still works). He helped thousands of students all over the globe improve their piano skills, and we know he’d be delighted at the opportunity to help you through the courses he poured himself into over the years!
